The Palm Mansion is a historic old mansion located in the center of St. Petersburg.
Today it is a loft space "Palm", in which on four floors there are spaces adapted for comfortable work and creativity.
Also located in the walls of the building are: a Theater hall, where performances, concerts and exhibitions are held; a coffee shop "Corner Coffee"on the first floor and a wine bar" Sky and wine " with a panoramic terrace - on the last.
The mansion was built in 1886 by the architect Ivan Aristarkhov and belonged to the society of German artisans, in whose honor the mansion still bears the name "Palm".
For many years, the mansion housed: a chess club, sports and shooting sections, singing circles, an amateur theater, a drawing school, a library, lecture and ballrooms, workshops. The company had a loan and savings bank, its members were provided with insurance services and assistance in finding employment.
Today the building has been restored. It still bears the historical name "Palm". It has the form "P".
From the right balcony of the mansion on November 22, 1917, V. I. Lenin addressed the delegates of the first All-Russian Congress of the Military Fleet.
Now "Palm" is a space created for comfortable work, creativity and holding various events.
A beautiful theater hall with gigantic chandeliers and stucco decoration can be rented for events: exhibitions, festivals, performances, concerts, film screenings, weddings, corporate events, etc.
The mansion also regularly hosts performances, festivals, concerts, exhibitions and master classes.
On the top floor of the historic mansion "Palma" there is a wine bar (cafe) "Sky and wine", which has several halls with relaxed interiors, as well as an open terrace on the roof of the building, on which there are tables.
