Address Downtown Dubai (arabic name: العنوان وسط المدينة) is a skyscraper in Dubai that houses apartments and hotel Address Downtown.
The construction of the skyscraper tower was completed in 2008 and the building was originally known as the Address Downtown Burj Dubai.
The Downtown Dubai address has 64 floors and a height of 302.2 meters, which makes it one of the tallest skyscrapers in Dubai.
The skyscraper is located in Downtown Dubai, which is the heart of Dubai and is a large-scale mixed-use multifunctional complex, where the main attractions of the city are located.
The building is just opposite Burj Khalifa and Dubai Dancing Fountain, as well as near the large Dubai Mall, which can be reached from a skyscraper via a suspension bridge.
The building is residential. It contains apartments, restaurants and 5-star Address Downtown with rooms and suites that offer great views of the downtown area from the Burj Khalifa and fountain.

Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall metro station. It is most convenient to walk from the station along a glass covered air-conditioned passage (Metro Link Bridge) connecting the metro station with the Dubai Mall shopping Center; then through a hinged passage to Downtown Dubai or first exit the Dubai Mall and walk down the street into the building. The opening hours of the Metro Link bridge correspond to the opening hours of the shopping center: from 10:00 to 00:00 from Monday to Wednesday and from 10:00 to 01:00 from Thursday to Saturday (opening hours may vary).
