Dubai Marina Beach is a public beach in Dubai, which is one of the most touristic and visited in the city.
The beach is also known as the beach of Jumeirah beach residence or JBR beach (arabic name: شاطئ جيه بي آر) because it is adjacent to the neighborhood of JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence, JBR abbreviation, arabic name: مساكن جميرا شاطئ), which is famous for glass skyscrapers lined up, including along the beach.
The beach is located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Marina Beach is located in front of Blue Waters artificial island (Bluewaters), which is the most the tallest in the world Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel. The beach is connected to the island by Blue Waters footbridge (Bluewaters Bridge).
Marina Beach has a length of about 1.7 kilometers and is one of the most well-maintained beaches in Dubai, which also makes it one of the most popular beaches.

The beach has the shape of an elongated crescent.
The beach strip is wide, with soft fine light sand; small pebbles are rarely found.
The sea water is calm and clean enough, the depth comes gradually, in places shallow water.
The beach is clean and well maintained, has all the necessary infrastructure.
Lifeguards are on duty on the beach, there are toilet and showers; paid sun loungers and umbrellas in beach clubs; a playground for children and a small park area; a large floating water park, a water playground "Splash Pad", water entertainment and sports are available.
Standing out on the beach is "The Flying Cup at The Beach", an entertainment establishment offering a cup of coffee, tea or other drink with snacks of your choice, and, at the same time, your table will be raised above the ground to a height of 40 meters , which will make it possible to enjoy not only the meal, but also the views. On the beach, you can sleep on your own towel. But there is no natural shade on the beach.
Near the beach there are cafes and restaurants, including those with direct access to the beach.
Also near the beach there are shops, a shopping center "The Beach", an area of slot machines and entertainment.

Although Dubai Marina Beach is public, there are hotels on it that have their own beach areas (there are partially fenced areas of the beach) with sun loungers and umbrellas and direct access to the beach.
The most famous and recognizable of the hotels that have sun loungers and parasols on the beach (but not their own beach fenced area) is 5 star Address Beach Resort, located in a skyscraper whose structure consists of two towers connected at the bottom, and with a sky bridge at the top that connects levels 63 to 77.

Evening Beach Dubai Marina Beach
In the evening, when it gets dark, Marina Beach is also popular, and its south-western part becomes a place for walking and relaxing - it is here that the most developed infrastructure (entertainment, shops, cafes and restaurants) is located, as well as decking on the beach that leads to the Blue Waters Bridge, which, in turn, the queue leads to the island of Blue Waters.
Sometimes, also during the days of the winter shopping festival Dubai Shopping Festival, in the evenings you can watch fireworks and shows from the beach, including laser and drone shows, which play different colors over the waters of the Persian Gulf to the sound of music.

How to get to Marina Beach
You can get to Dubai Marina Beach at taxi, car, public bus, tram, metro or ferry.
Tram stops: Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 and Jumeirah Beach Residence 2.
Metro stations: DMCC Metro Station and Sobha Realty Metro Station (red line). You should go first to the Dabai Marina Canal, then cross the canal over the bridge and follow the beach.
