Bluewaters Island, which translates as Blue Water Island (arabic name: جزيرة بلو ووترز) is an island in Dubai, which is one of the main tourist city attractions.
Bluewaters Island is an artificial man-made island that was built between May 2013 and November 2018.
Blue Water Island has a convenient location. It is located off the coast of the Persian Gulf of Dubai, close to the famous Dubai Marina Beach (in 400 meters / 1300 feet from the coastline) and the developed Dubai Marina area, with which the island represents a single and popular tourist area.
Bluewaters Island has excellent transport accessibility, it is connected to the shore by a transport bridge, and the Bluewaters bridge, a pedestrian bridge, about 300 meters long, connects the island with Dubai Marina beach. Today, Bluewaters Island has a developed infrastructure that combines entertainment, hotel, residential and retail areas, representing a lively place for recreation and leisure. There is also a mosque on the island.

The dominant feature of Blue Water Island is the Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel, known as the Eye of Dubai or the Dubai Eye (Ain Dubai), which is 250 meters (820 feet) tall, making it the tallest in the world .
Ain Dubai has 48 closed cabins with panoramic windows. The wheel makes a full circle in 30 minutes.

At the base of the Ferris wheel there is a walking and entertainment area with seating areas, a fountain, a square, commercial establishments, cafes and restaurants.
Near the wheel and along part of the shore of the Bluewaters Island there is a embankment, which is both a great place not only for walking, but also an observation deck (View point Bluewaters Island), which offers views of the bay, the beach and part of Dubai Marina.

Blue Waters Island Entertainment Zone also includes a coastal shopping and entertainment complex with restaurants, shops and entertainment, including, but not limited to, TR88HOUSE entertainment center, entertainment complex with Brass Monkey bar and Madame Tussauds, which displays wax figures of world stars of cinema, sports, politics, fashion and show business.
In the open air, on the street between the shopping and entertainment areas, there is a small skating rink, you can ride in a tourist train and walk between the Dubai Super Trees - metal structures that vaguely resemble large trees, which are highlighted in the dark.

In addition to entertainment and shopping, Bluewater Island is a residential and hotel area with a beach.
The beautiful sandy beach has all the necessary amenities. The beach area is private and belongs to beach clubs, hotels and apartments.

Nearest metro station: "DMCC Metro Station" (red line). You should first go to the channel of Dubai Marina, then cross the channel along the bridge and follow to the beach, through which you can go along convenient decks to the Bluewaters pedestrian bridge, leading directly to Bluewaters Island.
