Theresa Meadow (Theresienwiese / Oktoberfest) - open space in 42 hectares, located in the heart of Munich, in the heart of Munich-Isarvorstadt (Isarvorstadt-Ludwigsvorstadt), to the South of the Central station and 2 km South-West from the city center of Munich - Marienplatz.

On the North side of the Theresienwiese, at the address: St.-Pauls-Platz 11, a remarkable St. Paul's Church (Kirche St. Paul), built between 1892 and 1906 in neo-Gothic style.
