From Milan to Como, how to get on your own

From the centre of Milan

Train station Como S. Giovanni sent two Milan stations: Milano Centrale and Milan Porta Garibaldi. Travel time from 36 minutes. The fare is EUR 4.80. Tickets can also be purchased at the railway stations of Milan and in Como, or in advance online. Trains run approximately 05:39 a.m. to 00:39 am.

You can purchase the ticket at railway stations in vending machines or ticket offices and online as the Trenitalia website and on the website of Reil Europe. What's the difference: the Trenitalia website is not on the Russian language and payment only in euros, the website of Reil Europe Russian and to purchase tickets for rubles.

From Malpensa airport in Milan

From Milan Malpensa airport (Aeroporto di Milano-Malpensa) to Como can be reached with transfers.

By train or bus first to get to any train station in Milan and then by train to Como. Or on the Express bus for 8 Euros to the train station Milano Centrale.

From Linate airport in Milan
