Beach on the Black Sea
Krasnaya Polyana resort has a beach on the Black Sea, located in the Imereti resort: Adler, Imereti Lowland, near the Olympic Park and the Sochi Park theme park.
The beach is designed for 300 people and is a wide strip of pebbles and sand, on which sun beds and umbrellas are placed in the summer season, all the necessary beach services are also provided (towels, changing rooms, luggage storage, decking for ease of movement, etc.), there is a children's area, an aerarium and a cafe-bar.

Walking tickets are available all year round and their variations vary depending on the season.
In the summer season, three gondola cable cars (closed cabins with seats, with a capacity of up to 8 people) are available for walking tickets: Krasnaya Polyana K-1, Relict Forest K-2 and Peak K-3; as well as chairlifts (4-seater chairs): as a rule, these are Aibga (K-4), Black Pyramid (K-5), Eastern Forest (K-10), Champion's Start (K-12) and Polikar Waterfall (K-13).
On the gondola cable cars, you can climb from the Polyana 540 mark to the top "Polyana 2200" with two transfers.
The K-1 cable car starts from the lower station of the cable cars of the Krasnaya Polyana resort, located at the Polyana 540 mark. It lifts guests to the station "Polyana 960". At Glade 960, it is necessary to transfer to the K-2 cable car, which will raise to the "+1460 meters " mark, where another transfer should be made to the K-3 cable car, which raises guests to the "Glade 2200" mark.
The Vostochny Les gondola lifts guests from Glade 960 to the Eastern Sector of the resort at +1000 meters.

Polyana 540 is the lower level of the Krasnaya Polyana resort, located in the village of Esto-Sadok at an altitude of 540 meters above sea level.
Unlike all other heights of the resort, you can easily get to Polyana 540 by public transport (buses, electric trains) - there are public bus stops in Polyana 540, and there are railway stations nearby.

Glade 540 runs in a mountain gorge on a plot of about 2.2 kilometers. On the one hand, Polyana 540 is bounded by the Mzymta River, and on the other - by Estonskaya Street, which is the main transport highway of Esto-Sadka and along which there are bus stops.
The main arteries of Polyana 540 are two streets: Gornaya Karusel Street, which runs along Estonskaya Street, and the embankment of the Mzymta River-it is also Vremena Goda Street or Vremena Goda embankment.
During the summer, the following places and entertainment are available in Polyana 540:

Glade 960
Polyana 960 is an extensive, visited and one of the most interesting stations for walking and recreation in the Krasnaya Polyana resort.
Glade 960 is located on the plateau of the Aibga ridge, at an altitude of 840-960 meters above sea level.
This is the second height (second level) of the resort, which can be reached by the Krasnaya Polyana gondola cable car (K-1) from the lower cable car station in Polyana 540, as well as by car.
In Polyana 960 there are: restaurants and cafes, shops and salons, a residential area with hotels, parking, lifts and hiking trails, a park and places for walking, a children's playground, observation decks, mountain baths, entertainment and various services are provided. Viewing platforms
There are several observation points on Glade 960, the most popular of which is the observation deck located near the main square of the cable cars and the Bely Mushroom restaurant.

Tubing center

The reindeer farm is home to Rangifer deer, who arrived at the Krasnaya Polyana resort from the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

The bike park is a complex of trails with a full-fledged infrastructure for mountain biking.
The trails of the bike park are laid at an altitude of 960 to 540 meters above sea level. The total length of the trails for downhill is more than 15 kilometers with a height difference of 400 meters.
In the bike park, there are tracks of "green", "blue", "red" and "black" difficulty levels with worked-out blinders, drops, counter-slopes, sharp turns and rhythm sections.
In the bike park: a wooden skill park and an earthen pump track, a free car wash, mountain bike rental and protection, a mountain bike repair and maintenance workshop, gazebos for recreation along the trails.

Polyana 2200 is one of the main heights of the Krasnaya Polyana resort, located at an altitude of +2200 meters above sea level.
You can get to the Polyana 2200 by the gondola cable car "Vershina" (K-3) from the Polyana 1460 meters.
On the Glade 2200 there is: a panoramic observation deck and observation points, a high-altitude restaurant "Height" with a panoramic terrace, an outdoor fast food area, a chairlift, toilets, a medical center and some entertainment; + a gazebo for recreation and hiking trails along mountain trails.
Observation deck
On the Glade 2200 there is the main observation deck of the Krasnaya Polyana resort-a 360° panoramic platform that gives beautiful 360-degree panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains, the village of Krasnaya Polyana and the village of Esto-Sadok, the valley of the Mzymta River, the mountain valley of the Circus-2, the Aibga ridges and mountain peaks of the republics of Adygea and Abkhazia. Magakacheli
Megakachels or mountain panoramic swings are high-altitude swings located on the edge of a steep cliff of the Aibga ridge - on the edge of a panoramic observation deck.
The swing has a height of 7 meters. This is an all-season attraction above the clouds, which works under favorable weather conditions. The flights on the swing last 3 minutes.

Suspension bridge over the abyss
The suspension bridge over the abyss is a high-altitude suspension bridge that runs near the edge of a picturesque gorge, from the upper station of the K-3 cable car to the restaurant "Height".
The length of the bridge is 100 meters.

Paragliding flights
From the Polyana 2200 mark, paragliding flights are possible in the appropriate (good) weather.

From the Glade 2200, you can walk or ride the Aibga chairlift (K-4) to the mark of 2050 meters.

At an altitude of +2050 meters, there is an equipped tourist tent camp (the Million Stars hotel), which is open to everyone during the summer season.
The infrastructure of the tent camp allows you to accommodate a company with a total number of up to 30-40 people at a time.

+2350 meters
From the height of + 2050 meters, you can walk or ride the Black Pyramid chairlift (K-5) to the mark of 2350 meters.
This station is marked as altitude 2375.

The top of the Black Pyramid, 2375 meters
The Black Pyramid is a peak located in the Aibga ridge at an altitude of 2375 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountain passes and other ridges.
This is the highest point of the Krasnaya Polyana resort.
From the site of 2350 meters to the peak of the Black Pyramid itself, at an altitude of 2375 meters above sea level, you can only climb on foot with a climbing insurance and a helmet, which can be purchased here-on the spot.
