Public buses run from Kaliningrad to Yantarny, as well as from Yantarny to Kaliningrad, which depart from the Kaliningrad bus station. The bus station is located near the Southern Railway Station, at the address: Zheleznodorozhnaya Street, 7. Buses also make several stops around the city of Kaliningrad, including stops near the Northern Railway Station (Sovetsky Prospekt, the bus stop "Northern Railway Station").
Attention! At the height of the tourist season, especially on non-working weekends, there can be a lot of people on buses. To buy tickets with seats on the bus, it is better to leave from the final stop - the bus station, or buy tickets in advance, including online on the bus station website.
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices at the bus station. If you board the bus at city stops (for example, near the Northern Railway Station), then tickets can be purchased from the conductor.
Buses run daily. Approximately every hour from 06:25 a.m. to 21:15 p.m. (time may vary and depends on the season). In the opposite direction - Yantarny - Kaliningrad, buses also run every hour. Additional buses may run on the route during the summer months.
