Buses run every hour, half an hour:
- from Prague Airport to Karlovy Vary from 07:30 to 20:00 hours, from Karlovy Vary to Prague Airport from 06:00 to 20:00 hours. The travel time is from 1 hour 30 minutes. Stop in front of Terminal 1 of the airport (below the bridge connecting Terminal 2);
- from the center of Prague to Karlovy Vary from 07:30 to 19:30 hours, from Karlovy Vary to the center of Prague from 06:00 to 20:00 hours. The travel time is from 1 hour 35 minutes. from the center of Prague, buses depart from several places, including the main bus station (Praha Florenc).

From the historical center of Prague, Florenz Bus Station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. You can also take the metro. Near the bus station there is the metro station of the same name "Florenc", the intersection of the B and C branches.

Buses make two stops in Karlovy Vary:

- the second is Dolni nadrazi station, where both the car and the lower railway stations are located.

Traveling around the Czech Republic by train, you need to know that there are stations in the country where tickets are not sold at the box office, and there are no vending machines, this naturally does not apply to large cities. If there is no ticket office and/or vending machines at the station, you can safely get into the car, and buy a ticket directly from the controller without extra charge. But it is worth remembering that if you sat down at the station where there are points and (or) terminals for ticket sales, but did not buy a ticket, they will also sell it to you in the car, but it is already more expensive, that is, they will take it from above for each ticket.
