The year-round mountain resort of Rosa Khutor, located on the Aibga ridge, has many lifts, a special place among which is occupied by three of the most popular cable cars: Olympia, the Protected Forest and the Caucasian Express.
These three cable cars are convenient gondola lifts-closed cabins with seats inside, with a capacity of up to 8 people and are a single lifting link to the top of Rosa Peak, located at an altitude of 2320 meters above sea level.
Cable cars operate all year round and are included in the excursion route "The Way to the peaks".
You can climb on the cable cars using walking tickets (lifting without skating) all year round, and in winter also by ski passes.
When climbing on the Olympia cable cars, the Protected Forest and the Caucasian Express offer beautiful views of mountain heights and lush vegetation.
During the ascent on the cable cars, guests make transfers at two intermediate stations (Mountain Olympic Village and Gazebo), where there are viewing platforms, various entertainment, services and trails for those who ski and snowboard. Therefore, the ascent and descent on the cable cars can become not only a walk with panoramic views, but also a wonderful pastime - you can walk at the stations and enjoy entertainment and all services.
