The lower station of Rosa Khutor is the initial (first) and one of the cable cars of the year-round mountain resort "Rosa Khutor" in Krasnaya Polyana (Esto-Sadok).

The Strela cable car lifts guests to the Rosa-1600 mark at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level.
The length of the Strela cable car is 1,838 meters, and the capacity is 1,791 people per hour.
During the winter season, the Strela lift is only accessible to guests via ski passes, so the queue for this cable car at the height of the season is usually less, and using this cable car, skiers and snowboarders can save time than when climbing the Olympia cable car.
Also at the lower station of the Rosa Khutor cable cars there is an exit to the Tyrol gondola cable car, which is used during the competitions and runs to the sledge-bobsleigh track "Sledge", built for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
The bobsleigh track is located near the Alpika slope station of the Gazprom mountain and tourist Center, at an altitude of 780 meters above sea level.
