The beach of Santa Ponsa or Playa de Santa Ponsa (Platja de Santa Ponça) is the main beach of Santa Ponsa, located in the municipality of Calvia in the southwestern part of the island of Mallorca, 20 kilometers from the centre of island's capital, Palma.
The beach of Santa Ponsa is located in the same picturesque Bay where anchor small yachts and boats.
The length of the beach of Santa Ponsa is 1 300 meters and its average width equal to 100 meters.
On the beach of fine pale sand. Sea water is clean, the bottom is mostly sandy with depth is gradual. On both sides the beach is surrounded by natural rock formations.
