Buses and minibuses

There are quite a lot of options to get there by public buses and minibuses. Buses leave from different points of the city.

* Shuttle bus number K-404 runs from the Baltic Railway Station. The minibus runs daily from 06:30 to 23:22. The interval of movement is 9 minutes. The stop is located at the main entrance/exit of the Baltic Railway Station.

• From the metro station "Avtovo": buses - №№ 200, 201, 210; minibuses - №№ K-300, K-404, K-424, K-424A.

• From the metro station "Prospekt Veteranov": minibus number K-343.

• From the Leninsky Prospekt metro station: minibuses - №№ K-103 and K-420.

Travel time on public buses is on average from 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes. Travel time can increase significantly if you get into a traffic jam.

If you need to get to Peterhof (the Grand Palace with parks), then it is better to get off at the Pravlenskaya and Razvodnaya stops (Fountains).

If you need to get to Strelna (the Palaces of Congresses and Peter I), then it is better to get off at the stops: Konstantinovsky Palace, Postal Lane. or Orlovsky Pond (stop on demand).

If you get to Lomonosov (Bolshoy Menshikov Palace, Oranienbaum Park) - at the stops in Lomonosov, and then on foot. Attention! Buses 201 and 210, as well as minibuses K-424, K-103 and K-420 do not run to Lomonosov (the final ones are in Peterhof).

Commuter trains

Peterhof, Strelna and Lomonosov can be reached by train from the Baltic Railway Station in St. Petersburg.

In Peterhof, trains make stops at the stations "New Peterhof" and "Old Peterhof".

The distance from the stations "New Peterhof" and "Old Peterhof" to the Grand Palace with parks is 2.5 kilometers. You can walk or take buses # 351A, 351B, 352, 356, 463, 463A and 489. In Strelna, trains make a stop at the Strelna railway station. Peter the Great Palace is 1.5 km away.

In Lomonosov, trains stop at the railway stations "Oranienbaum I" and "Oranienbaum-2".

Pleasure boats "Meteor"

On the Meteor pleasure boats, you can get from the center of St. Petersburg only to Peterhof - to the Lower Park of the Grand Peterhof Palace. Since the entrance to the park (in the summer, when the fountains work) is paid, if you come by boat, you must separately purchase a ticket to the Lower Park. Tickets to the lower Park can be purchased on site at the ticket offices near the park pier or in advance online on the website of the State Museum-Reserve "Peterhof": peterhofmuseum.

The Meteor pleasure boats depart from the piers in the center of St. Petersburg: Dvortsovaya Pier (near the Hermitage, Dvortsovaya Embankment) and Senatskaya Pier (near the Bronze Horseman, Admiralteiskaya Embankment). There are more motor ships from the Hermitage.

Meteors run in the summer season. They leave every 30 minutes. Travel time is 30-40 minutes.

There are several companies that take guests on Meteors from St. Petersburg to Peterhof and back. The price of tickets varies and starts from 850-1000 rubles - an adult one-way ticket per person. When you buy tickets immediately round-trip-the price is usually lower than if you buy two separate tickets.

On a Meteor to Strelna + excursion

Alternatively, you can visit the Konstantinovsky Palace with a park in Strelna on the Meteor. This service also includes an excursion and is a full-fledged excursion program, and not an independent way to get to Strelna and back.
